Where can I find delivery information?
Orders are usually prepared within 24–48 business hours after confirmation. Weekends and public holidays are excluded; business hours are counted during normal operating days, not continuously. Estimated transit after dispatch is 3–5 business days. Preparation and transit are separate periods. Carrier delays, remote locations and exceptional conditions can extend estimates; delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Our voluntary return window is 30 calendar days after delivery for eligible unused items. Contact us before sending a return. Product-specific exclusions must be disclosed before purchase; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
